Use the EAST OAK Ceiling Patio Heater anywhere you can hang a heater. With a double carbon fire tube and an internal aluminum reflective surface, this outdoor heater provides instant heat while still offering full safety features and remote control.

Warning

• Since the ceiling patio heater has two filaments, an inside filament and an outside filament, the outside filament is much longer. The longer the filament, the lower its density and color temperature under the same power conditions. As a result, the outside filament is darker than the inner filament, which will make customers feel that it doesn't work. This is a normal phenomenon that doesn't affect the heat and can be used normally.

• Please note that the main power on/off button on the heater needs to be turned on to put it into “standby mode” before the heater can be turned on with the remote for use.

• After receiving the package, please check all product components, especially the heating tube, wire cable and plug to see whether it is complete. If you find any damage, please contact our customer service team immediately to get instant support.
